TkanMarket provides an online marketplace to discover fabrics, connect with suppliers, and submit business inquiries. We do not guarantee availability of any specific product, price, or delivery timeline—commercial terms are between buyers and suppliers unless we explicitly contract otherwise.
Account eligibility
Only registered legal entities and authorized professionals may use TkanMarket. We may verify business credentials before granting full access.
Usage standards
You must provide accurate information and avoid fraud, price manipulation, or circumventing the platform’s transaction systems.
3. Accounts and conduct
You must provide accurate business information. You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the catalog in violation of our technical policies, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that risk security or abuse the marketplace.
Quality & authenticity
Suppliers must list fabrics truthfully to specifications. Counterfeit or mislabeled goods may result in account termination.
Inventory & confirmations
Keep stock levels accurate. Confirm or decline orders within a reasonable business window so buyers can plan production.
Platform integrity
Do not solicit buyers met on TkanMarket to complete deals off-platform solely to avoid fees where the platform’s rules apply.
4. Intellectual property
Content on the platform (including listings, images, and trademarks) belongs to suppliers or licensors. You may not copy or redistribute catalog content for competing marketplaces without permission.

- Step 3: Where applicable, unresolved matters follow local law and arbitration clauses you accept at checkout.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TkanMarket is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred USD if none.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify TkanMarket against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
